HERE'S THE TRUTH,,,Speak against Mark Reyland and this is what you face in order for him to keep you quiet !

Mark Reyland will go to the extreme to silence anyone who speaks out against his con game. Here you will see proof of him contacting inventor Jon Young's employer, LinkedIn group owners, the police, FBI and other's.

Jon young has been the driving force to expose Mark Reylands lies and con game on inventor's.
Mark Reyland wants nothing more than to have him silenced so he can continue lying to inventor's and inventor professionals.

This was sent to us by Jon and asked to be posted as a warning to anyone who speaks the truth.

Recently, I was banned from Linked in, it all started for me when a profile of my name was created with the photo of a penis on my head photo shopped on, the name was Dickhead John Young. Along with this was a group started called Johnny Jack Off. It came after a lengthy battle exposing Mark. I cant prove it was Mark and Roger Brown, but it was very obvious it was because of the message and people he attacked, they were the same as Roger and Marks attacks and words.

I can take a joke and thought it was a good prank and thought it would be soon deleted. I was wrong, it remained and connections were made and groups were joined in that name and profile photo. I had inventors sending me the request for a connection sent to them as Dick Head and them saying, " I hope this is not you doing this, I thought you should know its being sent around ".

At this point I was ready to contact linked in and have it removed, so I wrote them and told them about it along with the fake profiles Mark and Roger Brown share, Johnny Franklin and Al Carson.
They took down the Dick Head profile. A week or 2 later it came back again, so I contacted them again.

At this point Mark Reyland must of complained as well once he was asked about this. As a result Linked in suspended BOTH OF US FOR 3 DAYS while they investigated. Mark Reyland and his UIA Inventor Forum was suspended for 3 days as well as 4 groups I owned and myself. I knew Mark Reyland had 3 profiles, but only 1 was suspended, he had 2 with his name and 1 as The UIA. { Yes linked in lets companies make profiles as members }. So I made another profile with my own name and one of my email addresses but no photo { because it was only temporary } to see what was happening. Well Mark Reyland and Roger Brown must have seen it, { it wasn't intended to be hidden } and contacted linked in because I got a message from linked in saying because you created another profile during your 3 day suspension, you are now suspended for 30 more days additionally.

I replied back to linked in saying Mark Reyland has 3 profiles, so why is it different for me. I made another one as myself and wasn't trying to hide who I was, so if you suspend me for the same thing he has and not suspend him its wrong. They did not reply back.

During this 30 day suspension I still got linked in updates emailed to me. I could see Mark Reyland using this suspension to his advantage slamming me and saying Im posting as fake profiles and my ban is permanent and " he and the UIA were instrumental in obtaining this ban and have been working closely with linked in checking I.P. address to prove it ". Well after the 30 days were up, I still couldn't access my account, so I contacted linked in to ask why. They replied back that they had been alerted that I was making up false profiles and my ban was now indefinitely.

I replied back, " you got to be kidding me, I know you have no proof it is or was me because it did not happen from me. So If I alert you that Mark Reyland has false profiles as Johnny Franklin and Al Carson and I show proof of him doing it in the past, will you lift my ban and place it on him."

So the next day I signed in, it accepted me but my old profile and groups were gone and it asked me if I wanted to start a profile. So I started a new profile and contacted linked in to let them know I had. { because the day before it wouldn't let me sign in and I let them know it accepted me }.

So Linked in must have taken my comment into consideration because I knew they had no proof it was me doing anything wrong and they were just taking someones word for it who had malice toward me. They allowed me to remain as a linked in member and I heard no more about it.

Next was I had to rejoin groups I was a previous member of { because when linked in banned me for the 1 day, I Lost my old profile and groups }, as I joined I noticed Mark Reyland and Roger Brown viewing my profile daily, along with this I noticed Roger Brown joining the same groups I did a day later. I Found it odd and knew they were up to no good, but wasn't sure what it was. Next thing I know is my new groups were blocking and banning me, even ones I never even commented in. And my request to join list remained unapproved { the groups you need approval to join }. Weeks go by and my groups dropped from 20 to 3. I knew it was because of Mark Reyland and Roger Brown complaining and lying about me.

See they failed to get me banned permanently from linked in, so there new strategy was to have me banned group by group. It was working the group owners would ban me and block any messages I could send to them.

I noticed Roger Brown joined another group I joined 2 days prior, but this time this group owner was a friend of mine from before all this happened. I knew what they were doing but couldn't contact any group owners to ask. I tried to message her via linked in, but it said " you are not authorized to contact this member ". I knew they had gotten to her first, so I left a comment on one of her discussions asking her to contact me. She did and said " I was informed you are under review by linked in, is there a reason for this ". I replied explaining what happened and asked for a copy of the message she received. She received this message in the morning and I contacted her in the evening of the same day, and if she didn't know me I would have been blocked and banned.

One word xxxxx…. Lawyers.

LinkedIn is a user management system. They depend on the users to police their own input. In fact, under the law the more LinkedIn gets involved the more liability they have for the content.

It took over a year to get them to act on Mr. Young. He was stalking inventors in (and outside) many groups, creating fake profiles, and making threats against people who did not agree with him. If I’ve learned anything in the two years we’ve been dealing with this it’s that Mr. Young is an unstable and likely dangerous man.

LinkedIn started their process with a 3 day suspension and when Mr. Young violated that they suspended him for 30 days. During that time he created many fake profiles and continued to harass people both on LinkedIn and through emails, phone calls, and anonymous blogs.

Now, at LinkedIn's request, we are working with the group owners while they build the legal case that is needed to permanently ban him. This process takes a lot of time but in the end if we can help keep the inventing industry calm and safe for people to learn it’s well worth it.

Its all lies to scare her in to complying with his request { notice he says LAYWERS to make her think she will face a lawsuit }

This is not the first time he has contacted people with his lies. He contacted my employer that has nothing to do with any of this, Roger Brown provided him with the screen shot that was sent to my employer, also he had the police come to my door accusing me of threatening him. The detective shook his head as he left my door saying there is no proof here or on your computer { because I asked him to check my computer which he did, all he saw was the Johnny Franklin harassing emails sent to me which was really sent by Mark and Roger }

We will also be pursuing a federal protection order for both myself and the UIA at our earliest convenience.

It has always been our hope that you would act rationally and stop your attacks and threats, but unfortunately you have chosen other paths.

Go a head and file a complaint, there has been absolutely no stalking. Ive never emailed you other than this time in response to your accusations. Ive never emailed you at work or home and never contacted any of you family and never will. The only communication we have had is on Linked in and we had them back and again until you got angry. after that you said in one of your earlier replies there that I was stalking you and was under investigation by the FBI and local law enforcement. I let this go as you just blowing off steam as we don't agree on things and your credentials . Proof of me not stalking you is our conversations on linked in. If you filed a complaint with the FBI, they would tell you to avoid all contact with me. But you didn't, you had correspondence with me on linked in as recently as last week. Some of the correspondence was friendly and inviting on both of our behalves, and when I question you and you cant or wont answer it, you start this stalking all over again. So know this, my employment has nothing to do with this and disagreement on any topic between us. And if I find out that my employer was contacted by you or anyone on your behalf, I will seek legal council. Ive only contacted you on the phone once by your invitation, other than that we never other than this email had contact with each other. Tell the investigation agents to call me at XXX XXX XXXX and I will be glad to discuss it with them openly and candidly.

It's not a complaint - it's criminal charges for "Menacing by Stalking" and they have already been filed. You obviously studied up on the law, but you forgot to read the part about threats and 3rd party threats. Both qualify you as a stalker even without direct communication. Although your following me from place to place online is the same as you following me in person….it's also stalking.

We spend a lot of time going over what you say in your attacks and I'm afraid over time your rants crossed the line. But the real issue was your threats and the latest blog you did about Target. This is not normal behavior John, and you need to get some help.

How long did you think we were going to take these attacks John? You started out as just Troy's stooge and now look at you, you're in deep trouble and he's free and clear. Do you see him riding up to help you? no, he's going to let you and your family take the fall because to him you and Nancy and Pater are just tools…stooges to do his dirty work. Remember John, everything you hate about me came from him - and outside of your little group you don’t see anyone else complaining about me or how I treat inventors. Think about it John, if I was as bad as Troy brainwashes you into believing wouldn't there be others saying so? sure there would be - but there are not. You were used John and you took it too far.

I'm sorry John, but the legal system will take its course and in the end maybe you will learn you can't just attack people with lies all over the internet. I did nothing wrong, and neither did my family. I work very hard to help inventors and I will continue to work hard to help them.

{ OK this was in April of this year, 7 months later no investigation, His family was never contacted or harassed by me, in fact his Son Phillip Reyland called me on my phone acting as someone else trying to get information about a blog against his Daddy that they thought I was part of. Phillips mistake was not to block his number, I did a reverse number search to find it was him. }

THERE WERE NEVER ANY THREATS MADE TO HIM OR ROGER BROWN, NEVER.
AND HIS FAMILY WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY ME. AND THE ONLY PEOPLE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ARE MARK AND ROGER BROWN FOR LYING TO INVENTORS.

My only " stalking " as he likes to call it was on linked in when I saw him lying and challenged him on it. He would never addressed the questions, he would lie and say  "John Young is a stalker and stalks " inventors " and if he contact's you to call the police", this is because he knew he was lying and had no way out.

The truth is The only people Ive had problems with is Mark for lying to inventors when I have proof he is and he wont address it or withdraw it and Roger Brown for supporting him and helping him in his defamation of me and his lies also.

The screen shot that was sent to my work was from Roger Brown. Roger made the mistake of sending me the screen shot before it was sent to my employer. I compared the 2 screen shots and they were the same. The screen shot shows your whole computer set up, just like looking at your screen you see the set up and the icons you have.
