Here is more proof Mark Reyland is no expert !

                                    This is Roger Browns discussion on LinkedIn.

Roger is teaching the terms but needs to pull Mark Reyland to the side and explain things to him, so he dosent tell a room full of inventors " I never heard that term used "

Add To The List of Terms Inventors Should Know.

Kill Date, aka termination date or expiration date.

A date in which a requirement is not completed by,or a date a contract will end.

IE. a manufacture contracts to have your product completed on or before 12/21/12. According to the pesky Mayans the world ends on this date and the product is not completed. Your Kill Date terminates your contract so you are free to solicit any remaining manufacturers On 12/22/12.

A kill date can be placed in any contract,it protects you from unnecessary delays and product's and conditions not being completed by the termination date, expiration date.

Kill dates are also the dates placed on a licensing contract for the end of a contract term. After your Kill Date you are free to negotiate or obtain a new contract from another company.

  {  Surprisingly enough Mark Reyland doesn't know this term and says, " never heard of it ". The guy tried to explain Mark over talks him, the guy tries to explain with an analogy of a 17 year term to explain. Mark corrects him on the time frames. This guy finally gave up and said OK. This is some of the finest UIA education from its top instructor. Then he goes on to lie about his relationship and inventions for the company PRIM, which is proven on the other posts here. }
